About
I became a doula after seeing how powerful it is to be truly supported during life’s most vulnerable seasons.
My role isn’t to tell you what to do—it’s to sit beside you, listen without judgment, and honor your instincts.
I offer postpartum care in Utah, coaching and a virtual community for women and caregivers navigating pregnancy and new parenthood.
Support might look like overnight newborn care, hands-on help in the early days, or simply reminding you that you’re doing better than you think.
This season isn’t just about the baby—it’s about you, too. Wherever you are—tired, excited, or unsure—this space was made with you in mind. I’m so glad you found it.

Calie was an incredible help to our family during the first 6 weeks after our son’s birth. She was consistently professional, reliable, and trustworthy, and did a wonderful job with our baby. I even ask Calie to come back a couple months later to help me get some more rest when my husband was traveling and I was back to work - she did everything she could to be there with short notice and we are endlessly grateful!

I Can’t begin to express how grateful I am for Calie!! She is great at what she does and was so supportive and helpful. I feel very blessed to have had her at my birth, and anybody would be lucky to have her. She is knowledgeable and really tries to understand what is important to the client and advocate for that. Can’t recommend her enough!

When I say this woman kept my mental health anchored after my son, I mean it. She helped me sleep train at the end and she was so flexible with whatever I needed and got up with my son in the night and was an incredible support. For months she gave me like 5 nights a week of rest, which was truly life changing. My son is almost 3 and I still keep in touch because she was so wonderful and impactful on my motherhood journey!
